• If you're among the lucky winners, we will contact you directly via Instagram to congratulate you and provide all the necessary details.
• Prize Pickup: You can collect your winning bag at the nearest participating Animo etc store to you. An ideal opportunity to explore our selection of top-quality products for your beloved companions.

If the winner is unable to pick up the prize in-store, we can ship the prize to them at their own cost. The shipping cost is estimated to average between $15-20 for addresses within Quebec.
